29 - Celebrate Thanksgiving with 'Dutch'!
Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 12:39AM Yup! It's our first holiday themed episode, and rather than cheat and go straight to a Christmas movie, we've dug up a GREAT guilty pleasure flick for Turkey Day.
This is quite possibly the worst reviewed movie we've ever discussed, ranking only 19% over at Rotten Tomatoes, and we love every minute of it! See, this is a near perfect "after turkey coma" flick, and the combination of Ed O'Neill and Ethan Embry (Randall) hamming up a John Hughes road trip script, should provide you PLENTY of yuks before the tryptophan lays you out!

Dutch is one of a few movies you've covered that I hadn't missed. I remember watching this a few years after it came out (probably 13 or so) and being so depressed because Dutch is a pretty nice guy and Doyle's such a jerk. Yet, like Juan, I always loved Doyle's character. Maybe that conflict made me uncomfortable. :P
It's a testament to John Hughes' writing that I actually care about them fighting...
LOL. Talking about Ed O'Neil's character in Married With Children. You said Ted Bundy. It's Al Bundy. Ted Bundy was the serial killer who murdered more than 30 coeds in the 70s.
